Challenge
The Ministry of ICT had no centralized registry of government digital systems. MDAs operated in silos with no visibility into the national digital landscape.
Solution
Built a secure digital registry with Laravel, featuring MDA registration, system documentation, verification workflows, analytics dashboards, and UCC security audit compliance.
Impact
344+ MDAs registered. 2,500+ government systems documented. Deployed on official government domain (ict.go.ug). Passed UCC security audit.
