Operations Management for Battery Swap Networks

A purpose-built operations command center for FYOND New Energy: real-time station monitoring, asset lifecycle tracking, HR + attendance, and a field service issue tracker. Built from the ground up for Uganda's e-mobility market, where existing tools (Spiro, Ampersand, GOGO) are proprietary and unavailable to new entrants.

The Challenge

FYOND New Energy is entering Uganda's battery-swap market against well-funded incumbents who own their own internal software stacks. There is no off-the-shelf operations system for swap networks in this region. Spreadsheets and WhatsApp groups do not scale to a fleet of batteries, chargers, stations, and station operators tracked by serial and QR.
